Say Uncle

You start "a situation", you already know this is something you shouldn't be doing, but you continue on. Why? Well, really only you know. You don't stop, you keep going, aware there is a limit that will be reached, but this isn't about reaching limits, it is about pushing the limit. It's about breaking rules, it's about crossing lines, and it's about stepping outside the proverbial box. It's meant to be wrong, bad, selfish, and hurtful. But right now, it doesn't cause pain, because you haven't reached that limit. Perhaps it's self-inflicted sadism, a personal test of emotional endurance, becuase you contiue, pushing the limit and enuring the pain until you have to...say uncle.
